Try to intercept enemy missiles within 150m (Battlefield Powers cannot be intercepted). Continuous interception for a long time will lead to a decrease in interception efficiency. Interception efficiency is independent of Sabertooth's ATK and Rank.
Each attack fires 2 shells in succession but increases reload time by 12%
Install one secondary gun on both left and right sides of the Sabretooth. Secondary guns have a range of 95, attack every 4s to deal 2,000 damage. Damage increases by 2,000 per unit Rank increased.
Strategy
Relative to other non-giant ranged units, Sabertooth has amazing HP/cost and DPS/cost value. This gives it unparalleled dueling potential against other tanky units, but it comes at the cost of an ability to shoot air units, a long attack interval, a low movement speed, and an unimpressive range. To make up for these weaknesses, players often try to position the Sabertooth aggressively and support it with strong early-game chaff clear units like fire badger or arclight. While Sabertooth is effective without technologies, it boasts a number of ways to enhance its desired role even further. Doubleshot or Secondary Armament increase its damage potential even further and help the Sabertooth delete even titans, while Field Maintenance can make a high-level and/or itemized Sabertooth extremely difficult to kill. Sabertooth also has access to a Missile Interceptor tech, though it is one of the weakest missile interceptors in the game.
