MAG1 Season 1
In November of 2024, MAG1 hosted the first 1v1 tournament following the Invitational. It featured 8 top players, competing in a GSL-style format across 2 groups to determine who would make it into the top 4. The finals featured Apooche and n_sacco from the [501] region, with Feng Feng and Flower Fairy from the [201] region. In the BO3s, n_sacco eliminated Apooche and Flower Fairy bested Feng Feng to make it to the BO5. There, n_sacco dominated over Flower Fairy by sweeping the match 3-0 using Arclights and Sandworms against Fairy’s Marksmen compositions. Throughout the competition, Tarantula’s saw a lot of play in low-range matches, whilst Arclights and Sandworms remained most popular in standard games.
