Section titled “Strategy”In general, Fortified Specialist strongly prefers crawlers as a starting unit to fangs, as Fortified specialist can take advantage of several unique early-game crawler HP breakpoints. Tankier starting units like Sledgehammer, Fire Badger and Sabertooth also can be leveraged for more early-game tempo. While Fortified Specialist provides free extra stats, throughout the game they may not result in a lot of real benefits depending on specific HP and ATK breakpoints. Because the HP bonus is additive, it may also become proportionally less relevant in the late game as other additive bonuses are also purchased.
