Strategy
Section titled “Strategy”Elite Specialist works best with starting packs that contain level 1 chaff, as recruiting chaff at level 2 often results in overpaying for little benefit. It then prefers purchasing units that gain significant value from the second level, like Hounds, Marksmen and Mustangs. Elite Specialist can gain significant tempo from the extra levels and credits at the start of the game and then hold onto that tempo because level 2 units are often more stat-efficient than level 1 units. However, if Elite Specialist loses tempo, then all the enemy units are likely to quickly level in response. The increased cost of units can also create problems during the early rounds, reducing Elite Specialist’s flexibility.
